Pastoria Energy Facility — ~750 MW Natural Gas Combined-Cycle (Lebec, Kern County, CA)

• Developed heat and mass balances to support plant performance and design basis

• Performed site assessment to identify constraints, risks, and constructability considerations

• Produced preliminary equipment layouts and coordinated with major equipment OEMs

• Supported cooling tower sizing and basis-of-design development

• Provided engineering support for project definition, development, and permitting/licensing (including AFC support for the California Energy Commission)
