• Supported development of six simple-cycle generation sites, including three GE LM6000 units and three Pratt & Whitney FT8 units

• Performed general site assessments to screen feasibility, constraints, and constructabilityProvided engineering support for the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) process

• Evaluated interconnection and utility availability, including electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater service requirements

• Developed preliminary layouts for mechanical systems, balance-of-plant equipment, and switchyard/interconnection facilities
